허윤희는 종이나 전시장 또는 특정 공간의 벽에 주로 목탄을 사용하여 드로잉을 하는 작업들을 지속해 왔다. 거대한 빈하와 멸종되어 가는 식물의 이미지를 오버랩하여 목탄으로 그린 벽화 작업은 사라지는 빙하처럼 그려지고 지워지는 (사라지는) 작업 과정을 하나의 퍼포먼스로 보여주면서 그 의미를 더욱 증폭시켰다.

Yun-hee Huh’s recent works reflect her contemplation and exploration of nature and community life. Overlapping images of glaciers with that of endangered wild plant, her charcoal wall images acquire an even more profound significance as the artistic process is presented as a kind of performance in which images are produced and erased (disappear) like a shrinking glacier.
